Global creative giant Forsman & Bodenfors continues its strategic expansion, today announcing the integration of Crispin Porter Bogusky’s UK agency, CPB London. This move sees the two award-winning agencies merge under the Forsman & Bodenfors banner just four months after the Swedish collective first opened its London office.
CPB London’s CEO, Helen James, will lead the combined operation and report to Forsman & Bodenfors’ global CEO, Toby Southgate. The London agency will be solidified a major hub within the global Forsman & Bodenfors network.
Expressing her enthusiasm, James stated, “It’s incredibly exciting to be welcomed into the Forsman & Bodenfors family… We’re looking forward to producing the best of Swedish-inspired creativity, delivered through a London lens.”
Southgate echoed the sentiment: “With this unity, clients get scale, immediate impact, and a combined culture that’s unique to the market. We can do some incredible things together – the stars have aligned.”
The strategic move bolsters Forsman & Bodenfors’ position in a globally significant market and grants CPB London’s prestigious clientele access to a broad network of international talent. James will work closely with F&B’s Head of Creative, Johan Eghammer, who relocated to London last summer.
CPB London is praised for its consistently powerful campaigns for local and international clients, earning recognition from The Burberry British Diversity Awards, The Drum, the British Arrows, and the Gerety Awards.
This latest merger for Forsman & Bodenfors reinforces parent company Stagwell’s growing footprint in Europe.
